Refund policy

  • You may return items with in 3 days of date of receipt for a full refund, or in 5 days for an exchange. 
  • If 5 days has passed since date of receipt, we do not offer nether refunds nor exchange. 

Eligibility: 

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, with all tags, accessories, discount vouchers, loyalty cards and documentation.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 2 days of date on receipt. we will arrange a replacement, as soon as possible, if item is sold out, we will offer a full refund or an exchange.

Return Process:

Refunds:

  • Refunds are sent throw Fawran transfers, after confirming the preferred transfer number with the customer.
